Quick Start

Get your practice ready to accept bookings in just a few steps.

  1. Create your account

    Sign up with your email and password. You’ll start with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required.

  2. Add your services

    Open the Manage ▾ dropdown in the header and choose Services (or press ⌘K and type “services”). For each service, set a name, duration, and price. Services can be free or paid.

  3. Add your locations

    Open the Manage ▾ dropdown in the header and choose Locations (or press ⌘K and type “locations”). Booker supports three types:

    • Place — a physical address (clinic, office, home visit)
    • Virtual — Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams
    • Phone — phone consultations
  4. Set your availability

    Go to Availability and configure:

    • Weekly schedule — your regular working hours for each day of the week
    • Booking window — how far in advance clients can book, and same-day cutoff times
  5. Enable online booking

    Go to Settings → Online booking, toggle on Enable Online Booking, and share your unique booking link with clients. They can now book directly from your personalised booking page.
