Settings
The Settings page is your central hub for account management and configuration. On desktop you’ll see a sidebar listing every section; on mobile it’s a drilldown — tap a section to open it, use the back arrow to return.
Sections are grouped:

Profile information
Section titled “Profile information”View and manage your practice details:

Change password
Section titled “Change password”Update your account password:
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password
- Confirm the new password
- Tap Change Password
Validation rules:
- New password must be different from the current password
- New password and confirmation must match
- Passwords must meet minimum security requirements
Booking settings (three pages)
Section titled “Booking settings (three pages)”Booking-related settings are split across three pages, each answering a single question.
Online booking — “Can clients book me, and how?”
Section titled “Online booking — “Can clients book me, and how?””Settings → Online booking
- Your Public URL — pick / change your slug. It’s a shared handle that powers your Landing Page at
your-slug.booker-app.comand your booking page atbooker-app.com/book/your-slug. You can set it up without enabling online bookings. - Enable Online Booking — master toggle. Off by default for new accounts.
- Public Booking Page — when on, anyone with your URL can book. When off, only people you send a client-specific booking link can.
- Require Payment Upfront — when on, clients must pay (via Stripe) at booking time.
Booking window — “When can they book?”
Section titled “Booking window — “When can they book?””Settings → Booking window
- Default gap between appointments (None / 15 / 30 / 45 / 60 minutes). Services can override this individually.
- Same-day booking — toggle plus optional cutoff time and unavailable message.
- Advance booking limit — how far ahead clients can book (or “no limit”).
Cancellations — “What happens when they cancel?”

- Cancellation policy note — freeform text shown on your booking page and in emails.
- Refund policy visibility — toggle the diagram on the booking page and the tier text in emails (both on by default).

Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”The Settings → Notifications page controls what shows up in your bell:
- Booking notifications — alerts when clients book or pay
- Release notifications — get a notification in the app when new Booker features ship (you can read past releases at Settings → What’s new)
Integrations
Section titled “Integrations”Settings includes quick access to configure:
- Stripe Payments — connect or manage your Stripe account
- Calendar Sync — enable, configure, or regenerate your calendar feed
- Subscription — view your plan, usage, and manage billing
Install as app
Section titled “Install as app”Booker can be installed on any modern device for a native app experience. See Install the App for instructions.
