Online booking — “Can clients book me, and how?”

Section titled “Online booking — “Can clients book me, and how?””

Settings → Online booking

  • Your Public URL — pick / change your slug. It’s a shared handle that powers your Landing Page at your-slug.booker-app.com and your booking page at booker-app.com/book/your-slug. You can set it up without enabling online bookings.
  • Enable Online Booking — master toggle. Off by default for new accounts.
  • Public Booking Page — when on, anyone with your URL can book. When off, only people you send a client-specific booking link can.
  • Require Payment Upfront — when on, clients must pay (via Stripe) at booking time.

Booking window — “When can they book?”

Section titled “Booking window — “When can they book?””

Settings → Booking window

  • Default gap between appointments (None / 15 / 30 / 45 / 60 minutes). Services can override this individually.
  • Same-day booking — toggle plus optional cutoff time and unavailable message.
  • Advance booking limit — how far ahead clients can book (or “no limit”).

Cancellations — “What happens when they cancel?”

Section titled “Cancellations — “What happens when they cancel?””

Settings → Cancellations

  • Cancellation policy note — freeform text shown on your booking page and in emails.
  • Refund policy visibility — toggle the diagram on the booking page and the tier text in emails (both on by default).
  • Refund Policies — create and assign tiered refund policies. See Cancellations & Refund Policies for the full guide.

The Settings → Notifications page controls what shows up in your bell:

  • Booking notifications — alerts when clients book or pay
  • Release notifications — get a notification in the app when new Booker features ship (you can read past releases at Settings → What’s new)

Settings includes quick access to configure:

Booker can be installed on any modern device for a native app experience. See Install the App for instructions.

From Settings, you can access:

  • This documentation — for guidance on any feature
  • Contact form — send us feedback, report bugs, or ask questions

Contact form supports message types:
